Two new All-Star cards have hit HUT today. In a strange move, EA decided to release this content much earlier than their typical 4pm PST 7pm EST release time. Rumors are circulating if this means we will see more content later on at the usual time, or if this is simply an abnormality. Check out EA's announcement tweet here.
Don't forget to claim your free packs in HUT! Players can head to the Store to collect two Holiday Packs (12 items, all Gold, four Rare Gold items with one Rare player item guaranteed) available from January 24th - 28th.

New All-Star cards have hit HUT to commemorate these four players receiving the leading fan vote for their positions. Be sure to check up on your Movember cards to see if them get an upgrade as well. A new Milestone Jarome Iginla was also released after he became the 20th all time NHL goal scorer. Check out EA's announcement tweet here.
Its Wednesday, which means there is a brand new Team of the Week in HUT. With this new team, last week's Team of the Week can no longer be found in packs and is replaced with this week's squad. Check out EA's announcement tweet here.
You can see the entire Team of the Week in our Team Builder here.
EA also dropped four new Milestone cards. Take a look at this impressive bunch of cards below.
The newest addition to the Player of the Game promo is now in packs. James Wisniewski earned his first non-Gold card thanks to his performance against the Minnesota Wild in which he put up 2 goals and 1 assist to help his team get the win. Players can find this item in packs for a limited time.

EA has been on a roll with pumping new content into the game lately. Following up their addition of 51 new Gold cards into the game EA has dropped four new All-Star cards, three Player of the Game cards, and two Milestone cards. The nuke has landed. EA has upgraded 51 players from leagues outside the NHL and made them Gold Rare cards. The upgraded players are a permanent addition to the game, and will stay in packs indefinitely. It is important to note that the old versions of a player's card do not upgrade themselves, and instead these are new items (much the same as when a player gets a Milestone or Player of the Game card). This should drastically impact the Auction House market, as these new cards are required to complete the NHL collections. If you have already completed a certain collection, you will not be able to repeat the collection and obtain more packs.
EA has a new batch of All-Star cards going out tonight. These cards represent a flashback to 2009, when the last Young-stars game was played and these rookies helped their team win. Both James Neal's and Drew Doughty's Movember cards have also been updated to mirror these new cards. Check out EA's announcement here. Below is the entire batch of cards, and players can attempt to find them in packs until January 19th.
The latest Team of the Week can now be found in HUT! As usual, last week's TotW is no longer able to be found in packs. This week's TotW can be found in packs until next Wednesday when it too will be replaced with the latest lineup. Check out EA's announcement tweet here.
EA has dropped 2 Player of the Game cards, 4 All-Star cards, and an updated Eric Lindros card into HUT this evening. Players can expect to find these items in packs for a limited amount of time. Here are the full stats on the All-Star and Player of the Game cards:
