PROJECT #1 - Contemporary Living Space
This beautifully appointed home needed a facelift! It housed 6" custom bleached oak dated floors on the main level, worn furniture, and was lacklustre.
We replaced the flooring throughout with a light Canadian select and better maple floor, updated all the furniture utilizing lots of texture, and painted.
I really wanted to give them a space that reflected a casual elegance--a Malibu style, with light flooring, light walls, and the injection of seaside blues and driftwood. |

PROJECT #2 - Gregorio Bathroom
This bathroom was dated and not optimally functional. We designed the space to it maximum potential; building a sizable shower, incorporating a bench that runs seamlessly into the platform of the tub surround. We wanted to ensure there was no compromise in our design-allowing for a large shower, 72" length tub, and double sink vanity.
The floor tile and substantial part of the wall tile is a beautifully textured 12 X 24" porcelain in a creamy straw colour, complementing it with a focal grey wall.
The granite top that we used for our countertop is called "Silver Bead"..lots of gorgeous movement--templating the piece to optimize the interest in between the two sinks. |

PROJECT #3 - Milton Kitchen
This was a small and very dated kitchen--with formica counters and laminate flooring.
We opened up the kitchen into the dining area to give it an open concept feel and allow us to add an island to our new kitchen.
**Tip**; How to ensure your white kitchen doesn't feel cold and uninviting---pair it with wood flooring if this will function well with your lifestyle.
The wood warms up the white. If not, add lots of texture or utilize the warmth of the wood in your kitchen island stools. |

PROJECT #4 - Family Room
This room had carpet as a flooring, and only the fireplace.
We replaced the carpet with hardwood that carried through from the hallway and kitchen. We added potlights, and designed beautiful, functional built-in bookcase shelving surrounding the fireplace that is filled with memorabilia.
The fireplace is flanked by gorgeous, neutral, chenille fabric couches. Adding colour in prints, pillows and throws. |
