DESIGN PROJECTS
Below are case studies of our design project work. Click project titles or photo link for additional photos. |
PROJECT #5 - Basement Renovation
Creating a cozy and functional space is what we have done in this basement.
There is a work center for the kids to do crafts and their homework. As well as a computer area.
We have lots of storage buckets for toys, and a bookshelf for Dad's reading pleasure.
The u-shaped sectional seats several people when they are wanting to watch television or movies.
We also have an ottoman that acts as their coffee table as well, so they can put their legs up on it and get comfy! |

PROJECT #6 - Master Bedroom
| A master bedrooms needs to feel cozy and inviting. A gorgeous crystal chandelier is center stage; and of course, lights on dimmers! Use layers of fabrics, multiple pillows, and drapery or soft window coverings are a must. |

PROJECT #7 - Cambridge Kitchen Renovation
This kitchen was dated and small. The cupboards were bleached oak with a white formica countertop and white tile.
We opened up the wall between the dining room and kitchen to create an eat-in kitchen. Changed the flooring to hardwood, had the cupboards professionally sprayed and added an island for more storage. Do not forget how important lighting is in a space, particularly the kitchen. We added potlights and counter lighting--not only for task lighting, but to also demonstrate the beauty and texture of the backsplash.
The family could not be happier! Kitchens are really the hub of the home and this one is really an entertainers delight! |

PROJECT #8 - Country House Bathroom
This lovely family own a charming country home that has a priceless forest for a backyard.
They decided they needed a larger bathroom to function better in their space. We took a bedroom and made it into their country bathroom. We created an alcove that could house this stunning custom vanity.
**Tip**-by using the same tile throughout, it creates less of a "choppy" look and makes a bathroom appear larger. |
