Initial Consultation: This 2-hour consultation can include anything from paint colours to flooring choices, furniture recommendations or whatever your needs are.
Fee: $225.00 plus GST
Design and Project Management:
Julia Fedak will oversee your project from conception to completion. Let us come evaluate your space to give you a bid on the project requested.
Staging Services:
Too busy to take care of it? Our staging team can assist you with all your needs - from packing, to moving, re-arranging, minor landscaping and clean-up.
Furniture and Decor Rentals Available for Vacants:
Painting, electrical work, flooring replacement, and minor repairs (completed by a reputable contractor).
Detailed Consultation:
A written detailed report of recommendations inside and outside of the home. Includes specific paint colours, design layouts, and decor techniques.
